In every engagement I bring a unique combination of athletic leadership and executive, consulting and coaching experience at start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

As a decorated collegiate athlete, professional basketball player and Olympian, sport has been the root of my high-performance mindset and leadership orientation for 30+ years.  I learned early the power of goal setting, focus, and commitment but also confronted self-doubt and fear of failure and began using breathing and visualization practices to quiet my mind and trust myself.  I served as captain at every level, learning over time how to listen more than talk, inspire others to reach their potential and to resolve team conflict.

I also have 20+ years of diverse professional business experience as an executive, advisor and consultant in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail and corporate finance. I helped build global lifestyle brands like The North Face, and JanSport as an executive where I learned to prioritize people and resources to drive profitable growth. I brought that experience to my digital consulting work with founders and DTC start-ups in CPG, beauty and apparel. I’ve held VP Digital, CDO and CFO/COO titles on a fractional and full-time basis to supercharge brands and teams.

As a digital growth consultant, I found a growing demand from clients to help them design organizations, acquire talent, and mentor and develop leaders. Adding Executive and Leadership Coaching to my services was a natural evolution.

I received an MBA from Columbia University Business School and a BS from Boston College.

I have earned the designation of Professional Executive Coach as part of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program and am currently completing my practicum studies and supervised coaching experience hours to become a certified ICF coach in late-2024.
