In every engagement I bring a unique combination of athletic leadership and executive, consulting and coaching experience at start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

As a decorated NCAA Division I athlete, professional basketball player and Olympian, sport has been the root of my high-performance mindset and leadership orientation for 30+ years.  I learned early the power of goal setting, focus, and commitment but also confronted self-doubt and fear of failure and began using breathing and visualization practices to quiet my mind and trust myself.  I served as captain at every level, learning over time how to listen more than talk, inspire others to reach their potential and to resolve team conflict.

I also have 20+ years of diverse professional business experience as an executive, advisor and consultant in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail and corporate finance. I helped build global lifestyle brands like The North Face, and JanSport as an executive and brought that experience to my digital consulting work with founders and DTC start-ups in CPG, beauty and apparel. I’ve held VP Digital, CDO and CFO/COO titles on a fractional and full-time basis to supercharge brands and teams.

I am both an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified ACC level coach and a Certified Professional Executive Coach having completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program. I am also a Designing Your Life certified coach, because I loved the book by the same name and used it to help me navigate two important career transitions!

I received an MBA from Columbia University Business School and a BS from Boston College.
