Group Coaching

Let’s move forward together.

As a team sport athlete, I’ve always believed that we get better together. Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen when people realize they’re not the only ones asking the same questions about their leadership and careers.

“I would rather walk with a friend in the dark than alone in the light. ”

  • Resilience is your ability to not only bounce back from hard stuff, but to positively adapt and grow from it.

It's a mix of how you think, how you feel and what you do when things get tough. And here's the thing: you can get better at it. It's not innate—it's a learnable skill.

Resilience is one of the most important skills for leaders in 2030 according to the World Economic Forum, given how uncertain our world is and the pace of change in technology at work.

I would recommend it to any woman, this course ran the gamut of helping me identify my values and priorities, look at challenges in a different way, and to get achievable goals to give me structure going forward.
— ALLI
Listening to others share their situations and perspectives, alongside Cal’s thoughtful tools and frameworks, helped me gain a clearer understanding of my own values and how to stay grounded in them in moments of decision. I left the experience feeling more confident and with a stronger toolbox and sense of agency in how I approach challenges.
